Travel Agent Commission (TAC)

We wish to go a long way with our travel agents, and our TAC policy reflects this. With the increase in travel agents who opt for us over others for our dedication and professionalism in the booking process, Dandeli Tourism has evolved over time as the one-stop destination for exploring Dandeli to the maximum. The TAC is calculated as follows.

• For the first 10 bookings, TAC = 10% of the base tariff
• From the 11th booking, TAC = 15% of the base tariff

Booking with us is confirmed only when 100% of the payment is made in advance. Travel Agent Commission is calculated on the base tariff, and all the applicable taxes are applied to the complete package price.

Children & Adult classification:

• For children below the age of 5, the stay is complimentary.
• For children between 5 and 12 years, 50% of the Adult tariff applies.
• Children above 12 years are considered adults.
• Single Occupancy charges as applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation within two weeks of the check-in date (exclusive of the check-in date) will facilitate a 90% refund on the base tariff.
• Cancellation in less than two weeks but before two working days from the check-in date (exclusive of the check-in date) will facilitate a 50% refund on the base tariff.
• Cancellation before two working days from the check-in date (exclusive of the check-in date) will facilitate no refund.
• No refund is applicable for unused nights or early check-out.
• Dandeli Tourism retains the right to refuse service to any client at any time, for any lawful reason whatsoever, in its sole discretion.

For all confirmed bookings, a Service Voucher will be sent from Dandeli.com, and guests must carry this voucher at check-in.
